What you share

When you request a supply plan, we ask for your company name, contact name, email, phone number, team size and supply interests. You may also share a budget and additional details. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your notes.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your workplace needs and prepare a supply program. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.

How an enquiry reaches us

When configured, this website uses Resend to send enquiry details to Gadek Supply by email. Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to run these services. Service providers may process information outside Canada.

Technical information

The website uses basic request limiting and an automated-submission check. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and error logs. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Quote form details stay in the page while you complete it; they are not saved in your browser’s local storage.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you’ve shared, subject to any required retention.
